How do I place an order with you?
The best way to place and track your order is online. Just head over to our shop to start the process. How long does it take for my product to arrive?
Your Wel-Nutra product will be dispatched within three working days of placing your order and delivered within 10 business days. You can track your order using the tracking number sent in your despatch email. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, delivery may take a little longer than usual, especially if you are ordering outside of Europe. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for delivery. If you have placed an order with us and it has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at info@wel-nutra.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. You will be responsible for any additional costs, including customs clearance.

If you’ve accidentally ordered or received the wrong product, please contact us at info@wel-nutra.com and we’ll get the correct product to you as soon as possible.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Yes, you can do this by logging in to your customer account. If your order has shipped to the incorrect address, please contact our team as soon as possible at info@wel-nutra.com.
How do I return a product?
You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return unopened, undamaged and unused products to us. To return an item, email info@wel-nutra.com including your name, address, order number and reason for return and we will issue a return label to you. Please place this on the original packaging and return the item to us. Once your return is verified and accepted, we’ll refund you the payment. We will not refund your cost of returning a product to us.
How do I cancel my order?
You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order with us. Please email info@wel-nutra.com with your order number, name and address and reason for cancelling and we will refund you within 30 days.

We aim to provide the best customer service and products possible. If you are concerned or unhappy with the service or products you have received, please contact us at info@wel-nutra.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Who can order your products?
Our Wel-Nutra supplements and vitamins are appropriate for healthy adults aged 18 or over. However, our sodium ascorbate injectable must be administered by a healthcare professional. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms that are worrying you, please visit your personal healthcare provider immediately.
